Renewals and Subscriptions
U.S. Medicine is mailed free each month to physicians, pharmacists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and administrators working for Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense and U.S. Public Health Service.
CURRENTLY RECEIVE AND WISH TO RENEW:
Even though you may currently receive USM, we need for you, our reader, to renew your subscription at least once a year. You can do so by filling out the form below. Your annual renewal is necessary so that USM can maintain its postal status as a periodical. This process helps ensure that the publication arrives at your door quickly and efficiently.
